Yes. Following historical amendments to Section 79A and B of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, restrictions on non-agriculturalists purchasing agricultural lands have been lifted, allowing any individual or corporate entity to purchase farmland legally.

How does the crop profit-sharing model work?

Nyra Nest Pvt Ltd handles 100% of the maintenance, pruning, harvesting, and final sale of timber/fruit yields. The net revenue generated from these agricultural sales is split on an agreed percentage basis (typically 70:30 in favor of the land owner).
